Peaceful Oakland protest of Jacob Blake shooting ends in vandalism, fires across downtown

A large and mostly peaceful protest in Oakland against the police shooting of a Black man in Kenosha, Wisc., reportedly turned chaotic when some in attendance began vandalizing property and heckling police officers.
