Fire rips through beloved national preserve, torches Joshua trees

The Dome Fire continued to ravage Mojave National Preserve in Southern California on Tuesday evening, leaving countless Joshua trees incinerated across 43,000 acres of ruined desertscape, according to the National Interagency Fire Center.
