GM recalls 3.16 million cars for ignition defect

The vehicles included in the latest recall from GM were manufactured between 2000 and 2014. The problem is similar to a deadly defect in several other GM vehicles. When bumped or jarred, the ignition switch can suddenly move from the run or off position, which shuts the car off and disables the vehicles' safety systems. Jeff Glor reports.
