Snow, ice and bitter cold grip millions across the U.S.

Millions of Americans are experiencing one of the coldest mornings of winter, as a giant blast of Arctic air spreads across more than half of the country. For the South where this week's snow and ice storm left hundreds of thousands of people without power, they're bracing for more blistering cold weather.
