Secret Service paying high rent for apartment near Ivanka Trump's home for toilets

The U.S. Secret Service is renting a small studio apartment in Washington, D.C., near the home of Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump, a source with knowledge of the service's activities told CNN on Thursday, in order for agents to use the bathroom and have office space.
