Months after a deadly cholera outbreak killed people in Hammanskraal, President Cyril Ramaphosa has directed the Special Investigating Unit to probe a R290 million tender linked to businessman Edwin Sodi that failed to refurbish an essential waste treatment plant in Tshwane.
