Farmers vow Paris 'siege' in pay, conditions battle

Farmers in the Paris region, belonging to the FNSEA farmers' union or the Jeunes Agriculteurs, will siege the French capital, demanding better pay, tax relief, and regulations. They will block major roads leading to Paris, while farmers from Lot-et-Garonne plan to blockade the Rungis wholesale food market.
