Cory Booker "sounds like a Hallmark card": Conway

ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) White House counselor Kellyanne Conway says Senator Cory Booker, who announced his 2020 presidential bid on Friday, often sounds like a Hallmark card.

"I think Cory Booker often sounds like a Hallmark Card, not necessarily person who's there to tell you everything he has accomplished in the United States Senate and as mayor of Newark," said Conway.

Booker, 49, became the latest Democrat and the fourth U.S. senator to announce a presidential bid in what is expected to be a crowded and diverse race to be the candidate to try to unseat President Donald Trump.
