White House Chief of staff Mick Mulvaney received a subpoena.

He must appear before the House Intelligence Committee as part of President Donald Trump’s impeachment inquiry.

An official said Mulvaney “has the opportunity to uphold his oath to the nation and Constitution.” He said: "We hope Mr. Mulvaney does not hide behind the President's ongoing efforts to conceal the truth.” According to CNN, a White House official said Mulvaney is not expected to appear.
