The bizarre video, filmed on January 2, shows a man suddenly climbing into the security scanner when he went through the security checkpoint at Beijing West Railway Station.
The staff stopped the scanner immediately and the man can be seen crawling out of the machine from the other side by himself.
According to reports, the man did not bother to take off his belongings as he wore a lot, so he went into the scanner with his bag on.
Police have told him off.
