A five star recruit to draw interest from an s-e-c school.

Just ask notre dame offensive lineman jason brigman.

The 6-2, 285-pound brigman signed with the tennessee vols today.

He's headed to knoxville as a preferred walk-on.

Brigman grew up a big fan of the big orange.

Even though he's a little under- sized for your typical s-e-c lineman, the vols coaching staff convinced him he had the right stuff.

They really wanted me to come.

Stiff was persistent and i got talking to pruitt and will friend and they just said, 'hey, if you can come up here and ball out, we need you up here.'

They said, 'yes you're undersized, but you can do it.

When i get up there, and i feel like hey, is this even worth it anymore.

Like this is getting ridiculous.

It's like just remember hey, they told me i could do it and every other school was like no, you are too short.
