Officials have identified the victim of the 4-vehicle crash that happened on the southbound lanes of I-95 near Boynton Beach Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, 33-year-old Axel Duarte Ortiz of West Palm Beach was pronounced dead upon fire rescue's arrival.
