District staff said the goal is to keep students learning and engaged while they’re not in school.

Roseburg public schools is providing supplemental material to keep kids learning while theye out of school throughout apirl.

But she says roseburg public schools has given her little to no guidence to do so.?wee received log in information for iready, but again, very limited amount of things available through that right now?

Most of the supplimental materials from roseburg public schools will be online& district staff say teachers will call parents once a week to see what the student needs and how theye doing with the material.

But shaw hopes the district gives students more structure moving forward?

I know everyone is, but it really needs to be& this is not a time to put a lot of stress on yourself?

She believes the district is doing the best they can to support families.

But shaw wants the district to know that it isn easy for parents for like her.?you know, i not a teacher, i not in that environment where it school environment.

Where they go to do schoolwork?

For now& she says shel continue to do the best she can for her daughter sake.
