Six rescued from west canada creek

A group of people tubing along the west canada creek tonight...as water rescue crews were called in to help get them out.

Its your top story on this wednesday night..

Here what we know..calls came in shortly before 930 tonight for waterresa creek.

A total of six people were in the water... two people were missing the creek near the stewarts in middleville.

Water rescue crews were brought in to help in the search... all six were rescued and not hurt... we talked to an eye witness who saw it unfold.

"i was walking my dog on 28 &.

Rescue started to show up."

Middleville and newport fire department responded.

Again, all 6 people are okay.

No one was hurt.
