Everything in the world doesn't always make sense.

That was the case when scott dean russell saw a young girl on his bus that didn't have an arm.

From here a charity a was born.

The love of bubbles organization 06 "for kids that don't have arms and legs so that they can do stuff that people with arms and legs can do."

The charity is becoming a family mission 09 "but we've done very well, him and his brothers are donating all of their birthday money this year to it.

So we have tallied all that up yet, there's still a little bit of that coming in."

An individual prosthetic costs about $10,000 so i asked how many are they going to try and raise money for?

13 "i probably want to get about 60,000.
