It says the suspects told a friend they were going to the home on tuh-luke-uh road in valhermosa springs with force and quote "wipe the slate clean."

Waay 31's sydney martin learned investigators used cell phone records - and a key witness who came forward to help piece together the case.

The woman who received that text went to investigators with details late last week.

She told them she lived at the club house of the seven deadly sins.

Investigators say they believe 3 of the victims and both suspects belonged to that group.

According the affidavit, the woman told them several incidents led up to the shooting... including hours before the shooting both rick rogers and john legg were upset with quote perceived disobedience towards the club."

She also said the men were upset several of legg's guns were stolen a few hours before the shooting on june 4th.

And they told her the club would be dismantled by the end of the night.

Investigators also said the cell phones of all 7 victims were missing from the crime scene.
