Black topping of 10-kilometre road connecting border areas in Jammu and Kashmir's Manjakote began.

Road construction under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) is in final stages.

Executive Engineer of PMGSY in Rajouri, Subash Chander Sharma said, "Due to this locals are getting temporary employment." A local said, "Because of road connectivity people are coming to back their village area from Rajouri city, who were gone there for work." Rajdhani to Panjgrain road stretch will ease lives of villagers.
