His message today - taking somewhat of a more encouraging tone.

Gov reeves said if we've learned something over the last 6 months - its this - we cannot, and we must not ignore the risk of the virus or the risk of a shut down.

As a reminder... school districts have to turn in their reopening plans by this friday for the governor to review...
