He said, "Bihar government has filed caveat before the Supreme Court challenging actor Rhea Chakraborty's petition (seeking transfer of the FIR registered in Patna to Mumbai)." "Lawyer Mukul Rohatgi has been engaged in the case," Advocate General added.
