Huntington County deputies searching for thieves who stole billboard sign

Huntington County Sheriff Department is investigating the theft of a billboard that was recently put up on U.S. 24 in support of law enforcement officers.

He says when he drove by u-s highway 24 and didn't see it... he was mad... angry... upset.now..

He just wants to know who and why they took his billboard down.and is already in the process of getting another one up in the same spot.

"im a former police officer myself it was to the ponit where it was getting to me the negativity when i know police are good"he doesn't want his name used because of backlash he has been facing from the billboard."nothing to do with race this is about an organization of people throughout the country who put their lives on the line everyday "the billboard was up since late may...until someone betweeen the 11-th and 13-th of august... took it down.more than a thousand dollars pooled together to put the billboard in support of police... facebook comments calling out ?possible?
