Many locations woodrow gunn parks his pick up to set up shop and sell his home grown produce.

He says even though times are hard during the pandemic he enjoys putting a smile on peoples faces.

((nats)) woodrow gunn is a retired construction worker turned business owner.

"passed 65 i started selling produce and i've been doing it for the last five or six years."

Gunn says after he retired his friend inspired him to sell the greens he grows on his land.

He says not only does it help the people in the community but it also helps him to keep a steady income.

Gunn says he understands money is low for some families due to the pandemic which is why he sells large amounts for a cheaper price.

"since the virus came, i lowered my price and everybody is eating greens."

((nats)) even helping those in need "somebody come here and don't have alot of money.

I say hey look here you're going to leave with some greens."

However he says since the start of the pandemic business has slowed down he says it does not stop him from showing up however he says since the start of the pandemic business has slowed down he says it does not stop him from showing up "use the same technique as fishing.

You've got to keep on fishing because someday the fish is going to bite."

((nats)) and for his traveling business, gunn says the key to success is finding the right place at the right time.

"getting the right location, you can see across the street what kind of building is over there.

When people come from over there they might not be able to go home and do a lot of cooking.

But they can look over here and say, well i just left the liquor store i'm going to get some greens for my grand momma."

Gunn says in addition to meeting new people he enjoys being able to support his family through the pandemic.
