Neighbors concerned about generator noise, sewage smell, potential violence in makeshift RV park

A makeshift RV camp at East Colfax and Trenton may be a sign of difficult housing times, but piles of trash, the smell of raw sewage and constant generator noise have left some neighbors less than sympathetic.
