Indian jurist and former Supreme Court judge of India Markandey Katju is being panned for his preposterous remarks on rape.
Katju, who often voices controversial opinions on social media, has in his latest post observed that sexis a natural urge in men and seemed to rationalise them happening because of the rising unemployment in India.
