collecting winter clothing donations through oct 31

I'm at charlie's eatery and pub where volunteers have been out here since 10 this morning collecting donations for the winter coat drive.

Rochester warming center and catholic charities teamed up with rochester elks lodge #1091 to kick off the first day of the share the warmth drive.

They are asking for gently used winter clothing items of all kinds to go to those needing a little extra help staying warm this season.

With so many feeling the impacts of the pandemic, these organizations are willing to lend a helping hand when it's needed most.

"since covid hit, it's affected a lot of people in not good ways, and i think there's a lot more people who need what rochester catholic charities and the warming center offer, and for us to be able to help with that?

Volunteers will be out here until 7pm tonight?

"* but donation boxes can be found here at charlie's eatery and pub and at both toppers pizza locations in rochester through the 31st of october.
