A CCTV footage of a man tied to a tempo being dragged is going viral on twitter.
According to the sources, a woman in Surat along with her brother tied the husband behind the tempo and dragged him for half a km.
Allegedly he drinks and beats her in the house and so she wanted to teach him a lesson.
