China has officially launched its latest aircraft carrier Fujian, named after the province directly across from Taiwan along the Taiwan Straight.
Which of course the West is trying to play it down as not being a big deal.
And, that is why we are being told that there is nothing really to see here with it.
The problem with all of this is, the Fujian isn’t their Soviet era carrier that Ukraine sold them, or the cheap knockoff copy of it that they made themselves domestically.
It is a state of the art aircraft carrier that is the size of a Nimitz-class and is comparable to its US counterparts militarily and technologically.
