Frank Lascano, 57, was transported by ambulance with severe abdominal pain due to a leakage from his stomach to his intestines.
He arrived at Kern Medical Center in Bakersfield, California on February 7, 2022 where he tested positive for Covid.
After waiting three days to be transferred to Memorial Hospital that was less than 3 miles away to address his “leakage”, he was released.
