Alec Baldwin Pleads, Not Guilty to Involuntary, Manslaughter Charges.
Associated Press reports that Baldwin has pleaded not guilty to felony charges of involuntary manslaughter in the shooting death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
Hutchins died shortly after being wounded on the set of a Western movie on the outskirts of Santa Fe in October 2021.
According to court documents filed on February 23, Baldwin waived his first formal court appearance.
He also waived a hearing to have his rights explained to him.
