Pink booths have been set up, security is tight and the voters are in long queues outside the polling booth in 38 districts of Uttar Pradesh.
The voting for the second and final phase of the Uttar Pradesh Urban Local Body polls has begun.
The polling started at 7 am in the morning and will end at 6 pm.
