During the Trump administration COVID vaccine manufacturers were granted immunity from lawsuits from anyone harmed by the vaxx, and the immunity was strengthened by the Biden White House.
But now a bill from Texas Representative Chip Roy would eliminate those protections and open up Pfizer and Moderna to liability lawsuits.
