Rwanda: Rwanda Genocide Suspect to Remain Behind Bars in Extradition Battle

[RFI] Félicien Kabuga, one of the last key suspects in the Rwandan genocide, lost an appeal on Wednesday to be released under court supervision. French judges have put off a decision on whether to transfer him to an international court until 3 June.
