Rwanda: Genocide Suspect Kabuga to Learn Extradition Fate On 30 September

[RFI] Félicien Kabuga will find out at the end of the month whether he will be handed over to international judges for his alleged role in bankrolling the Rwandan genocide after appealing the decision at the Paris Supreme Court.
