South Africa: Home Affairs Moves Against Cape Town Refugees

[GroundUp] Refugee leader Aline Bukuru, along with 56 refugees from the Bellville refugee camp, Cape Town, were detained by the Department of Home Affairs last week. They say this came after they refused to sign deportation forms.
