Africa: Continent Ends 2021 With Nearly 10 Million Confirmed Covid-19 Infections

[allAfrica] As of December 31, 2021, confirmed cases of Covid-19 from 55 African countries reached  9,659,957 while over  188,696,109 vaccinations have been administered across the continent.
