Chad: France, Nigeria Strengthen Ties, Tackle Insurgency in North-East, Lake Chad

[This Day] A delegation of the French military, yesterday, met with Nigeria's top military brass to explore ways of strengthening ties in order to contain the challenge of insecurity in the North-east and Lake Chad basin.
