Ethiopia: Civil Servants in Tigray to Return to Duty in 10 Days

[Reporter] All government employees were summoned to report back to work within the next 10 days by the Tigray Provisional Administration. This is the first call made since the Ethiopian National Defense Force (ENDF) left Mekelle in June 2021, which led to the collapse of the region's civil service during the two years of war that followed.
