Somalia: ATMIS Hands Over 9 Military Bases to Somalia in Troop Withdrawal

[Shabelle] Mogadishu -- The African Union Mission in Somalia (Atmis) said it has handed over nine military bases to the Somali government, marking the completion of the second phase of the troop withdrawal from the country.
