Mozambique: OCHA Seeks $413m for Humanitarian Crisis in Northern Mozambique

[VOA] Maputo, Mozambique -- The U.N. Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, known as OCHA, is seeking $413 million in emergency aid to support over 1 million people in northern Mozambique dealing with climate disasters and an insurgency concentrated in the province of Cabo Delgado.
