Ford cabinet considering new COVID-19 lockdown measures tonight; Tory wants essential business restrictions

Toronto Mayor John Tory said for the first time he could support a curfew to curtail rising coronavirus case numbers in the city, but urged the province to consider wider restrictions on essential businesses operating as part of whatever new measures are announced on Tuesday.
