Terrorism charge added for man accused in fatal London, Ont., truck attack on Muslim family

A week after he was charged with four counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted murder, Nathaniel Veltman, 20, made a brief second video court appearance Monday morning, where federal and provincial prosecutors charged him with terrorism.
