Canada withdraws 'non-essential' personnel from embassy in Ukraine

Global Affairs Canada says "non-essential" Canadian employees and their dependents from the embassy in Ukraine will be temporarily withdrawn amid concerns over a buildup of Russian troops along the country's borders.
