Scott Morrison the first world leader to meet new Japanese PM

Scott Morrison said the relationship between Australia and Japan had made a "significant evolution" after the two countries agreed on a breakthrough defence pact. The pact allows troops to visit each other's countries and conduct training and joint operations.
