Arran to make another Cup charge, Pakula to meet clubs on crowds

Prince Of Arran will try to make it fourth time lucky in the Melbourne Cup, while Sport Minister Martin Pakula will meet with racing clubs but is hopeful rather than confident on crowds for the spring carnival.
