Valley real estate CEO tests positive for coronavirus

Glenn Rufrano, CEO of Phoenix-based Vereit Inc., has tested positive for the novel coronavirus, the company announced in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Rufrano is based out of the firm’s New York City office on West 44th Street, and has not visited Phoenix in several weeks, a company representative said.
