Gov. Andy Beshear on Wednesday placed some new restrictions on in-person retail traffic throughout Kentucky in a step he hopes will keep families and employees safer.  Beshear signed an executive order that now limits one person per household in life-sustaining retail businesses that remain open, such as grocery stores and hardware stores.  Beshear and his chief of staff, LaTasha Buckner, said it will help families practice better social distancing and will reduce the number of people in stores…
