Transit systems in Tampa Bay that link people to popular destinations are suffering as they await reopenings. "When the destinations went away, the reason for taking the trip went away," said Tampa attorney Ed Turanchik, who represents operator HMS Ferries that runs the Cross Bay Ferry.
