Banks, Target acknowledge Juneteenth as company holiday

U.S. Bancorp (NYSE: USB), BBVA USA and Target Corp. (NYSE: TGT) said this week they will recognize Juneteenth, which celebrates the end of slavery in America, as an official company holiday. Target's stores and distribution centers will remain open on June 19, but the company's Minneapolis headquarters will be closed.
