U.S. District Court judge to hear Texas bar owners' request to reopen

U.S. District Court Judge Robert Pittman has ordered a hearing for July 22 regarding a lawsuit filed by Texas bar and nightclub owners fighting the state order that closed their doors due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The Texas Bar & Nightclub Alliance filed the federal lawsuit on behalf of its members on June 30 — four days after Gov.
