A local chef is gearing up for a competition that has a $100,000 prize on the line. SAW’s Soul Kitchen Chef Matthew Statham will compete in Final Table: Indy with other champion chefs nationwide. Statham, who has also the general manager of the barbecue joint since 2014, competed in the World Food Championships in October and took first place in the Chef category.
