An estimated 26,534 unemployment claims were filed in Pennsylvania last week, about 2,800 fewer claims, or a decrease of nearly 9.7%, from the revised total of 39,731 claims from the week before, according to the latest report from the U.S. Department of Labor. This marked the fourth report that Pennsylvania saw less than 40,000 claims filed in a week since the start of the shutdown orders in March.
